How do I control when calls are routed to your Voice Agent?
You always retain full control over when calls are routed to our AI Voice Agent. Routing is managed by enabling or disabling call forwarding (diverts) on your phone line or mobile device, allowing you to turn the agent on or off whenever necessary.
What do I need to do to transfer calls to your AI Agent?
How you transfer or divert your calls depends on the type of phone service you are using: 💻 VoIP / Cloud Phone Systems (e.g., 3CX, RingCentral, Teams, Voipfone, Zoom) If you use a cloud business phone platform, you can transfer calls to the AI Agent either by setting up routing rules in your admin portal or using SIP/Extension forwarding:Admin Portal Setup (Recommended):Log in to your provider’s administrative portal or dashboard.Navigate to Call Handling, Inbound Rules, or Call Forwarding.Select when you want calls routed to the AI Agent (e.g., Always, When Busy, No Answer, or After Hours).Set the destination to the Agent's Assigned Phone Number or dedicated SIP Extension.
