Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on 22nd April 2026.

At expocall.ai, we are committed to making our website and AI-driven communication platform accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology.

We believe accessibility is fundamental to the future of AI. Our goal is to ensure our voice and digital experiences are inclusive, usable, and continuously improving.

Our Commitment

We are actively working to ensure that expocall.ai:

  • Is accessible to users with a wide range of abilities

  • Supports commonly used assistive technologies

  • Provides a consistent and usable experience across devices and interfaces

Accessibility is considered throughout our product design, development, and testing processes.

Standards and Conformance

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

Current status: Partially conformant

This means that while much of our platform meets the required standards, some areas do not yet fully comply. We are actively working to address these gaps as part of our ongoing product development.

Accessibility Features

To support accessibility, expocall.ai includes:

  • Keyboard Navigation
Core platform functionality can be accessed without a mouse

  • Colour Contrast & Readability
High-contrast design and scalable text to improve legibility

  • Alternative Text
Descriptive text for key non-text elements

  • ARIA Attributes & Landmarks
Enhanced support for screen readers and assistive technologies

  • Responsive Design
Usable across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices

AI-Specific Accessibility Considerations

As an AI-powered platform, we recognise that real-time and dynamic content presents unique accessibility challenges.

We are actively working on:

  • Ensuring real-time AI-generated content (e.g. call transcripts, statuses) is correctly announced by screen readers

  • Improving compatibility with a range of assistive technologies across browsers and devices

  • Enhancing accessibility of voice-based interactions and transcription outputs

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some areas may not yet be fully accessible:

  • Certain legacy interface components

  • Some dynamic or real-time updates that may not be consistently announced by all screen readers

We are prioritising these areas in our development roadmap.

Feedback and Contact

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of expocall.ai.

If you encounter any barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:

  • Email: hello@expocall.ai

  • Response time: We aim to respond within 3–5 business days

Enforcement Procedure

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the relevant supervisory authority. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), which oversees aspects of digital compliance and user rights.

Ongoing Improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing priority for us. We regularly review our platform against evolving standards and user needs, and we are committed to continuous improvement.
